How to Leave a Review

To do a Google Review on your Computer
Do you have a "Google Plus" page?
If yes:

1. Sign into your Google Plus page (if your not already signed-in)
2. Go to our website - www.ChiroPerformanceCenter.com
3. Click on the "Review Us" tab in our menu
4. Select either the "Pleasant" or "Unpleasant Review"
5. If you choose "Pleasant" a white box will pop up.
6. Choose 1-5 stars and kindly leave us your thoughts!

If No:

1. Go to https://accounts.google.com/Signup
2. Fill in the fields - then click on "Next Step" at the bottom
3. Next, Go to our website - www.ChiroPerformanceCenter.com
4. Click on the "Review Us" tab in our menu
5. Select either the "Pleasant" or "Unpleasant Review"
6. If you choose "Pleasant" a white box will pop up.
7. Choose 1-5 stars and kindly leave us your thoughts!

To do a Google Review on your Smart Phone
iPhones:

1. Download the Google Maps App & Sign into your Google Account
2. In the white bar across the top - type our office name - Chiropractic Performance Center
3. Hit the search button and when you find us - tap on our listing
4. Scroll down until you see "Rate and Review"
5. Touch the stars and kindly leave your thoughts about the office.

To do a Testimonial Review on Facebook

1. Sign into Facebook
2. In the white search bar at the top - type Chiropractic Performance Center
3. When you find our page, find the "Reviews" tab on the left hand side of our page
4. Click the white button - "Write a Review"
5. Select a star rating & Kindly leave your thoughts
